I had bought these a couple of years ago and forgot about them. Our household ended up sick for two weeks. I remember the pads. My husband is swearing by these now. He said he has sleeping better than ever. So now we have bought another box. My daughter is now sick, so I gave her a couple pads to help detox.

Easy to use. Like others have said...peel and stick to feet. Remove and wipe clean in morning. I have only used these 1 night. I noticed some tingling and sensation in feet and legs. I slept a solid 7 hours, continuous. This was awesome. The biggest thing is the smell after removing. I had to bag in a separate small bag and discard. My whole upstairs smelled awful. But knowing that I will continue to use and just discard separately. I woke up with less aches and pain in legs and lower back.

These pads work. I have the best sleep on day one of using these. I will keep you updated on my progress but so far I am happy with this product.

I liked the amount for the money but I was very disappointed with the adhesion on this product. They didn’t stay on unless I wore socks to bed.

The square box contents are better than those that come in the oblong box. The ones in the square box come with the patch already attached. I accidentally ordered the ones in the oblong box three times; however there are never the correct number of the sticky squares for attaching the packets

Oh My Gosh.... THE SMELL WILL KILL YOU..!! DO NOT PURCHASE.The smell of this foot pad item is UNBEARABLE. I can usually tolerate stinking stuff BUT this GOES TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. NEAUSEATING...!!! In the morning I peel the pad off and washed by feet thoroughly and still the smell is there -- this is krazy!!!My entire bed and bed linens stinks of this foot pad. I only used 1 Pad not 2 to experiment with and wore socks to bed and yet the smell is still there -awful. My whole bedroom stinks no exaggeration. This is worse than BENGAY or TIGER BALM. It's bad. DEFINATELY.... DEFINATELY... DEFINATELY... RETURNING WITHOUT A DOUBT $9.99 not worth it. This is was a bad purchase on my part. NEVER AGAIN..!!

The ginger food pads are a great item to use! We as a family use them and they worked wonders! Super easy to use, all you do is open the plastic package and there is two ginger food pads in each. Peel off the plastic cover that cover the sticky part and apply to the pads of your feet! So easy and so handy to just have around the house to use. It says to leave them on six to eight hours, so we put them on after showering and left them on over night. The Instructions say to wash your feet and dry them completely before applying. The next morning we took them off and wiped off where the ginger foot pads were at. The pads had turned completely black and gotten hard through the night. It was neat to see how well it actually worked!
