Can I mix it with water to mop with a regular mop?

I do not think it is supposed to be diluted. It says in bottle to use as is which I do.

My new LVP floor has a mat finish, will this leave a shine or mat look?

can this be used on regular tile floors also I have both types in my house?

I have both types as well but I use a different cleaner on the tile floors
