I learned about c60 after doing research on shungite and I decided I wanted to give it a try to see if it the miracle substance that everyone raves about. I like supplements and feel that they do make a positive difference in my life and help improve my health. So, I wanted to give c60 a try. I decided to purchase this one with the pumpkin seed oil after looking at some of the other competitors and decided to give it a try. I have to say, it works. I have a job that requires intense physical labor that leaves me totally exhausted by Friday evening, so much so, that I have to rest in bed the whole weekend just to go to work again on Monday with my body more intact. My job leaves me with very little energy to spend time with my kids. My job was literally sucking the life out of me. I would be sore and exhausted every weekend. I have struggled with exhaustion for almost 6-months! I have tried collagen, colostrum, whey powder, maca root, ginseng, spirulina, you name it - tons of stuff to help me build my muscles and give me stamina. They all helped, but let me tell you c60 has taken my physical performance to a whole new level. I am amazed. I no longer wake up with unbearable aches that leave me in bed rest for the whole weekend. My hands feel less swollen. My lingering rotator cuff injury seems to have healed to near normal. My physical therapist has been researching Carbon 60 for a while now. During one of our sessions, we had a discussion on how promising C-60 looks to helping you on a sub-cellular level. She sent me links to a couple articles, and I did some additional research on my own. I learned a lot about C-60, and the different oils being used (coconut, sunflower, safflower, olive, etc). SES is the pioneer and standard in C-60. I appreciate their contribution to the discovery and development of strict quality products, but the bottom line is that the secret ingredient is C-60, and they supply the market. What I mean is, there is no way to improve the element (C-60). As long as it's kiln dried, and the concoction is produced in the dark, stirred for at least 2 weeks - you are going to get all the benefits of C-60.That leaves the delivery system (oil). SES spends its time in further refining and perfecting the oil. As far as the effects of C-60, the oil is probably not that important. In my opinion, you can mix COSTCO olive oil with C-60 and get the same sub cellular effects as super refined and purified olive oil. That's not to say that you can't get different immediate health effects from different oils. As my health is important to me, and I could use additional benefits, in my research, I'm hopeful that Pumpkin oil will provide the extra nutrients I may be missing in my diet. I've been taking it for only a few days (2 tsp a day).Lastly, the pumpkin oil just tastes good. I have no problem emptying the oil directly into my mouth and holding it sub-lingually, then letting it naturally make it's way through my system. I have high hopes that I will experience additional benefits over the next few years.

I have used this before. It is OK but not as good as some others in terms of noticing an effect. I like that it is a healthy choice produced by a well informed health practitioner and will up the dosage.

The provided top/measurement tool does not screw onto the top of the bottle whatsoever I’ve had four people try. So that’s pretty annoying but so far I do feel amazing and I feel so grounded and aware

I believe that filtering with a sterilizing 20ui Filter, Adds a extra layer of protection from naturally occurring contaminants. That is why the actual C60 study incorporated it into the manufacturing /Test process. I could see the C60 just floating in the oil. It should be more infused. There is a notable Clear and Black difference in the bottle. I would think that if stirred for over 2 weeks it would not totally separate like balsamic vinegar and oil... ? Also as stated by other users. The stopper will not fill up to other graduations besides just the first mark. But it did taste very good. using pumpkin oil as a carrier is very smart.

I went by the reviews here on Amazon, I shouldn't have done that. If you read close in the item description it says "naturally sourced c60, 70% C60, 30% minerals". When you buy C60 you are paying PER MILLIGRAM of the actual Carbon 60 molecule, not some untested "naturally occurring" thing, it could be charcoal of any type from anywhere, containing maybe 10% C60, or maybe zero C60. This is not cool what these people are doing, you are paying C60 prices for like 5 cents worth of activated charcoal.

I am a health coach and recently turned my attention to C60. I tried a very well documented but less expensive one. A bigger named but quality one first and then this one. So let me tell you this one with pumpkin seed oil is the clear better choice. So glad they offer a bigger size. Energy is up right away, much better sleep, and a sense of well being. My body loves this stuff and with only a short time on this stuff I know much better long term benefits will be had. So glad I found the best c60 pretty quickly.
