Great for Groups!
I work with teens and adults in an intensive therapy setting. We have groups all day every day, and the main feedback we get about the groups is that they can feel repetitive after a while. I've used this game during groups a few times now, and have found that even the people who thought mindfulness and DBT were a little dry and hard to connect with are enjoying the levity and applicability that this game offers. I really appreciate that there's a wide spectrum of questions, everything from thought-based to getting the body involved in experiential breathing exercises. The questions are geared toward teens (e.g., lots of questions about school), but adults have had fun too, and can easily substitute "work" for "school" on the questions. People are starting to think about mindfulness, coping, DBT, and other therapeutic interventions in a different way, and have realized they're able to actually apply what we teach them in program. Even after "Mindul" gets spelled, I haven't yet had a group that wanted to stop and do something else! I'm definitely going to make this game a part of my regular rotation.

Very fun and informative game!
I work at a substance abuse residential treatment facility and I used this game in a group setting with my clients, they really loved it! The game is supposed to be geared towards teens and children, however I just pulled a couple a cards out that dealt with school and it worked perfectly for adults as well. There is a good mix of fun activity cards and cards that have great information on them, overall I highly recommend this game!

Using this in individual out-patient counseling sessions and small group sessions in public schools- Great game and resource that really facilitates teaching mindfulness (skills and psycho-education)! The only downside is that the game of spelling "MINDFUL" just isn't as engaging as some of the other games I've found. However, it doesn't take too much creativity to create more engaging ways to incorporate these cards. The skills and activities on the individual cards do easily translate into additional therapeutic activities for sessions.

Excited to use this in my therapy practice with kids
I am a therapist who works with 5-14yr olds in a school setting. I ordered this product to work with my kids there. Initially, when the package came I was disappointed to see it listed as being for 9 to 18-year-olds as I was hoping to use it for younger kids. I had not read that in the product description. However, when I opened it, it is easily adaptable for different ages. I think this will be an excellent tool and am excited to use it in my practice.

Probably best for teenage clients or inpatient
I'm a clinician and actually bought this to use with my son who's 7, though he's a bit young. I don't think I would use this with adult clients though. I might use it inpatient though. I wouldn't really recommend this because it's not really a game. But I gave it 3/5 because it's well made and can serve it's purpose with teenagers possibly.
