excellent product to make crispy dosas or crepes
This pan is amazing, I use it to make Dosas , they come out awesome , restaurant style crispy. You must learn to season it properly, I watched a few youTube videos to figure out and it works great , highly recommend.

Versatile and Holds Up, Mostly
It's been a solid cast iron pizza pan. I've also used it on top of a Webber kettle grill to make smash burgers and other foods and it's done a great job. As my picture shows, it does have some scratches and deformities after high-heat usage that cleaning and reseasoning does not seem to fix, but so far they're just cosmetic and don't impact usage. I use a Crisby stick (beeswax) to reseason it after each use. Stays fairly non-stick when heated up nicely. No issues.

Beat pan to make dosas
Love this pan to make dosas! They’ve come out perfectly so far. The pan didn’t require any pre seasoning

Great pan!
Love this- it’s heavy weighted so you know it’s a cast iton pan. It was seasoned well so the food hadn’t stuck on it when I first used it. After each use I hand wash it with warm soapy water, dry it thoroughly immediately. and after about 15-20 min I season it with a small about of olive oil. It’s been working like a charm!

Heavy weight
Really heavy Metal, difficult to manage but once hot does cook well.

The ONLY thing this is ready for is the size - everything else needs fixed!
First - THE ONLY reason i bought the insanely OVER PRICED pan was that it was the only large size out there and it was the size i needed! it's NOT a $50 pan - it's a $15 pan! It's not even good cast iron! What i mean by that is - it's the worst made pan - not smooth, VERY rough, and also NOT seasoned! (that horrible soy they dump on it and call it seasoned will not get you anywhere - it's BAD!). if this pas WAS $15 - i would give it a 3 star for at least getting the price right!I should give negative stars for saying it's pre-seasoned!The pan has one of the worst finishes of any pan - that ROUGH bumpy surface - like a sheet of sand paper! You will NEVER get this smooth OR the way you want it UNLESS YOU FIX IT!!HOW do you fix it?! YOU SAND IT! YOU HAVE TO SAND THIS SMOOTH! (all bad pans are are the same - rough and need to be fixed! This is essentially a piece of cast iron - WAY over priced, poor finish with some horrible soy oil on it they say is preseasoned. what a load of garbage! You WILL need to sand this until it's smooth, then to a REAL seasoning! it's cast iron so it will get there! If you could find a pan ANYWHERE with low edges this size - buy it - it's most likely FAR CHEAPER! This one needs work!
