I struggle finding a really good brine outside the olive jar. This one is better than most!

The olive brine is very good. I love a Dirty Martini & so far this is the best brine mix I’ve come across.

I like using it to replenish my olives. Thus topping the jar off. Flavor is very good if you want to use it straight from the bottle. It seems a little pricey but when you look around for it not easy to find just straight juice.

The bottle of Dirty Sue’s Olive Juice appeared to be fine when I received it. I stored it, unopened, on a shelf in my kitchen cabinet. A few days later, I discovered that most of the liquid had leaked onto my shelf and throughout my cabinet due to a hairline crack in the bottle. A refund was refused. I understand the logic behind the refusal and, in fact, don’t really care much about the refund. However, I have always been reluctant to order any liquid in a glass bottle through Amazon or any other company. This was the first time I have done so. And the last. Lesson learned!
