NEVER BUY AGAIN ITS SCAM
I don't know what happened but we used this filters last 1 years and change filter 2 times but after 3 time change filters there is water smell bad and taste bad too,they resolve my complaint 28days after,but they just add extra water filter outlet pipe(alkaline and carbon)..but I am still scared it's just remove smell but what about water quality check ...ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜I just don't want this anymore who knows which tiype of water we drinking.

UV+UF Review after 8 months
August 2024:I Bought a UV+UF water purifier, and it took 6 hours to fill an 8L tank just once. I asked the technician, and he said the machine was new, so it would take some time. But for the next 6 months, it consistently took 6 hours to fill the 8L tank.April 2025 (8 months since installation):The purifier stopped working properly, as it was unable to fill more than 25% of its tank capacity. I raised a ticket through the Kent app and scheduled a visit on [X], but I kept receiving messages stating the technician would visit today, only for it to be rescheduled—and this happened for 3 days.It was only after I called the office and sent an email that someone finally visited.The technician came to my home and said all three filters needed to be replaced. I asked why not just change the damaged ones, but he was adamant—either all three would be replaced, or none at all.Please note that the technician initially never informed us that an additional sediment filter should be installed to extend the life of the filters inside the purifier. Because of that, my filters got jammed after just 8 months. I spent INR 2,300 on the new filters and another INR 1,300 for the external filter (which sits next to the purifier to extend its life), which is not covered under warranty.After replacing the filters, it now takes 2 hours to fill the 8L tank (down from 6 hours). This leads me to believe that Kent may have intentionally fitted inappropriate filters just to extract more money from customers during servicing.

Uv and uf filter is not just needed
The seller fron banglore was perfect, there was no issues with product. Perfectly received. The issue starts when you call to install. You Mandatory need booster pump to push water inside as solenoid valve inside wont start, you also need a pre filter ( this is needed to keep dust out) these two things kent person will not allow you to purchase of different brand. He will ask you to buy from him pump charges 2850 and 1200 for dc adaptor 24 volts. Pre filter will cost 1200. The entire cost will be more than 10k. If your tds is more than 200 you must choose for ro filter and not uv filter. Don't fall in a trap, find local filter guy to install itvfor you. Livpure motor along with adaptor costed me for 1900 and 1000 for pre filter, installation will cost another 400. Now you don't need kent person. If you are not confident of replacing and service filter than comply with kent authorities. This just a trap from company, they will loose confidence of customers.
