Would this fit an opening of 24 x23.5?

I’m not sure but I don’t think it’s value for money and would of sent it back if I hadn’t already fitted it poor quality I thought

Is this a drop down hatch? How do you open this if putting on a loft

I wouldn't recommend it for a ceiling hatch as the catch is very flimsy. It is more suitable as a wall access pan
