Regency Grande 12' x 24' Vinyl Pergola

I did a lot of research before purchasing this pergola. I especially liked that it is virtually maintenance free. In comparison to others the same size and product material, the best price was from Amazon. It was shipped quickly and arrived in 11 boxes. You will need to buy extra items from the lumberyard, pressure treated 4X4's for the posts as well as pressure treated 2X6 beams for the rafters. We spent an additional $400 for those items. I would also recommend that you purchase the Bolt Down Bracket System, that they recommend, the 4 pack was $100 (see photo). My adult son put this pergola up for me in about 2 days.We live in Montana and have high winds so we did have to modify the pergola somewhat. We bolted it to the house with extra parts and pieces that were left over from the install. We also used a post hole digger and poured concrete with a hook embedded to add 45 degree diagonal tie downs to the front 2 posts so that it would not be able to tilt to one side or the other. We also have extreme cold here so I'm hoping that it will hold up to our winters, only time will tell.I am so very happy with this pergola! It is beautiful and has added the feel of an indoor space to my patio.

Was good . Feel sport post anchor points need to be worked on. don't feel they are adicut.

This is a very good kit . It arrived quickly, was exactly what we wanted, went together quickly and easily and looks great. This kit and $200.00 of wood from any Lowe's/Home Depot is all you need. We did get the optional mounts for concrete that work extremely well. These mounts are the best concrete mounts I have seen . The Pergola is solid and looks professionally made and built . The price was great and the product was well worth it .I would tell anyone to get this kit . Don't you love companies that make a great product, advertise honestly and do exactly what they say? I would and will buy from them again !

Beautiful when done, but you also need about $600.00 added to the purchase price. I think it should be listed in product description what is needed, such as lumber. There was also screws listed, but not included in kit, another expense. Had to make knee braces due to sway in wind, and it is only up one week. Not sure what else might be needed.

Was used for patio

This was a big project but the people at New England Arbors were available by phone to help me through any issues or concerns. Never put on hold, only a few rings and someone was there that was knowledgeable on the manual and the project. Looks great in the back yard.

The pergola is beautiful. However...they dont tell you when you order it that you need $600 worth of wood to build the pergola (goes inside the vinyl). It also doesnt provide enough shade as is and needs the extra shade kit that is $440! Plan on spending and extra $1000 if you buy this pergola.
