Q: How do you adjust them once they are in? By the picture it looks impossible

Yes I do believe you are right, just about impossible. I have not had a chance to even see how close they are to being right. But by the look of it you have to do it with the whole grill being off and then probably keep pulling the head light out just to make an adjustment. I have only had a chance to drive at night once with them and the only adjustment it looks like I may need to make is just bringing the low beam up a bit. As for the high beam, I think they are pretty spot on for my application.

Q: I have the line across the lights best way to brighten up and loss the line? Just brought this truck I didn’t install and have no paperwork for them.

Q: Will these light housings accept led bulbs, or strictly halogen bulb?

The LED bulbs I bought would NOT fit. The retaining clip for the high beams was in the way of the heat sync and the 90 degree plug for the low beam bulb was too big once the LED bulb was installed. I was able to cram the plug in and pull the rubber boot over it. The main problem I have was the high beam clip it kept pushing the hi beam bulb out of the sleeve it mounted in.
