I bought this wasabi Feb. 2021 . Mine showed expiration date as ”21.12.06". "Expired ?" No... This is Japanese calendar notation ,YY.MM.DD..I can guarantee it , because I'm a Japanese . This wasabi tastes great , I can buy it again !

The label is in Japanese, but it is real grated wasabi with maybe a little water added so it flows from the tube. This is not horseradish "wasabi" that Americans are familiar with. If you are looking to singe your nosehairs this is not your wasabi. If you are looking for the closest thing you can get to grating your own wasabi, then this is the product for you.
