Got these to help with weight loss and to help bump me into ketosis. They arrived well sealed. The pills do not have a bad taste or smell and are easy to swallow. They are a normal size capsule. I have not noticed any bad side effects and they have not upset my stomach. Looking forward to some good effects over time.

This is a product manufactured in the USA (Kendall Bioresearch Labs). It has a decent reputation, so I am hopeful. The capsules are smallish and easy to swallow. I don’t notice any scent or aftertaste, no side effects. I also don’t feel anything when I take them. If this is something that takes weeks or more to notice a change in energy levels or focus or reduced cravings, then I need to give it more time. I’ve only taken it for a few days. If I find I lose some pounds, I’ll update this review.

I've been taking these for a few days, not really sure if it's working. I take them at 6am and I still get hungry at my usual time of 9am. I do think that it helps with the voice in my head telling me to eat or pushing those cravings, so I think that's a really great thing. I just need to make good food choices.
