Effective for constipation, but overpriced for these ingredients.Also, the box is unnecessarily like a toy, does not close properly or firmly. It fell down accidentally, the thread of lid is insufficient, and the powder spilled out on the ground and got wasted. Simple bottle with proper lid would be better.
