This bottle is 240 caps and each suggested serving is 1 cap, so this is practically a year's supply and a great value. Each is a standard size capsule. Flavorless, easy to swallow, recommended to take with a full glass of water. I would strongly recommend taking with food to prevent this from hitting your system all at once. No upset stomach, no aftertaste.I am very sensitive to certain herbs and substances. This hit me pretty strongly. I felt more relaxed and centered, but it didn't pair well with coffee. Throwing caffeine into the mix made me feel weird and probably increased my energy too much. I took this for a few days, then decided to take it only occasionally because I did not want to rely on this or build any sort of tolerance. It seemed to work well for me.Bulk supplements is a good brand that I trust. The fact it's third party tested and produced in a GMP facility is reassuring. Overall, about 20 bucks USD at the time of this review for nearly a year's supply (if taken daily) is an amazing deal. I have never used kanna/kava before and can't compare to other brands, but I am pleased with this.

I’ve been using the BulkSupplements Kanna Extract Capsules for a few weeks now, and while the price is great and the capsules are easy to take (no taste or aftertaste), I didn’t feel any noticeable effects. I was hoping for a boost in mood or energy, but honestly, I didn’t experience either. It’s a good value for the amount you get, and the quality seems solid, but as far as actual benefits go, it didn’t do much for me. I’ll finish the bottle, but not sure I’ll repurchase.

I love BulkSupplements, as I have ordered many of their products before. These particular kava extract capsules are just what I've come to expect from them. They are high quality and easy to digest. These particular capsules are fairly small and you get a large quantity of them in the bottle, so it's a good value.My one complaint is that you have to drink it with a full glass of water. I understand that's the norm for this type of supplement, so I don't fault BulkSupplements for it, but sometimes that can be a little difficult to do for such a portable capsule.I feel some slight positive effects with inconsistent use (due to the full glass of water requirement,) and I would only expect better results with more consistent use.

I've used many different Bulk Supplement products and have always been pleased with the quality. They always provide a great value for the cost and are effective. These are a very small, tasteless capsule. Very easy to swallow. I've had no negative side effects.

My family has been using BulkSupplements products for years and we trust their goods to be as described. We almost always are impressed with their products, but unfortunately, this kanna supplement is not a favorite of ours so far. We ordered two bottles, as we were eager to try this brand's version. My husband and myself have been taking the capsules as directed for almost a full month. Absolutely no benefits or effects- good, nor bad, with this kanna supplement. Very disappointed. However, since most of the products we order from this company are solid and effective, we will finish our supplies and hope some goodness kicks in.

For me, can't beat Bulk Supplements; always a great value and high quality especially if you are wanting to try new supplements.I have yet to experience any side effects and feel this supplement is making a differences in my energy level as well as my focus - highly recommend.

I've tried several brands of Kanna and only had a few that actually worked. I even opened 5 caps and took it sublingually and didn't notice anything. I usually get a short euphoria, followed by an overall elevated lift in my social interaction while having a very relaxed feeling. Anxiety is horrible, but Kanna helps big time. Sadly, as with a lot of products made by this brand, they are hit and miss. This one was a HUGE miss and doesn't let you know what the percentage of active alkaloids. I usually have at least 5% - 6% per tablet and it does the trick. Not so much with this brand. I also sent them a message asking what the alkaloid percentage of mesembrine about a week ago and haven't received a response. So their customer service is ranking fairly poor.

I am actually surprised to have the opportunity to review a product from bulk supplements. I can rely on bulk supplements to be a reliable company for a great price. They have been a great company that I have ordered many things from over the years.This is my first experience using Kanna. I have taken as many as 2 capsules at a time. I do feel a calmer, less stressed feeling. I was taking it instead of over the counter pain meds when I had some body aches and pains and it did seem to help.The capsules are teeny tiny, and this is a big bottle of product!NOTE - You may have seen the line above my review that says, ''Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.'' So you may be thinking, ''Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?'' I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews!Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So, in a way, it's not really ''free.'' Also, we have no reason not to give full honest opinions. We don't get dropped out of the program for rating things too high or too low. Therefore, my goal is to review the products honestly and thoroughly. I hope that I did that for you today.
