Neat device. Sufficient audio and battery life.

Cool and has a lot of capabilities for such a small radio but I found it hard and annoying to navigate the menu. The scanning only works for certain frequencies and I wasn’t able to pick up anything other than FM stations. Tried a couple different uhf/vhf antennas and a dipole but still wasn’t successful. Not sure if it was me or the radio but I got inpatient with navigating the menu functions and tiny speaker and haven’t picked it back up since. Also shipping took like 4 weeks.

Radio sucks. The battery indicator rapidly fades in and out as if there is a bad connection somewhere. As a shortwave receiver it’s substandard. I bought it for the convenience of the donut antenna. But with this antenna the receiver will not receive even one shortwave signal, not even WWV, which is usually easy to pick up on any HF receiver.
