I decided to try this cream because my feet were super dry and cracked, especially on my heels. From the first application, I noticed a change: the cream's thick texture feels super moisturizing without being sticky. In just a few days, my feet were already feeling much softer.What I like most is that it has 40% urea, which really helps remove hard skin, and 2% salicylic acid, which exfoliates without irritating. It also contains ingredients like coconut oil, aloe vera, vitamin E, and tea tree oil, which soothe and nourish the skin. It has a very mild, almost neutral smell, which I love because it's not cloying.

Made my extremely dry, calloused and cracked feet extremely soft and managed to pumice all of the hardened, dead skin off of the soles of my feet and even the very build up of calloused skin on the sides of me big toes. It's not only made my feet much nicer in Spartans appearance, but it's made a great big difference in my foot pain caused by all of that hardened skin. Also, I've noticed as a plus, that my hands feel great too since I run my feet with this cream in doing the same for my hands as a secondary plus to using this product.

OMG, this is it for me. Finally I found my hands and feet moisturizer for good. For the price I paid for, it is amazing that since I started using it for my wrinkled dry crepe hands and feet, I can see the difference my skin started to look moisturized and soft. It's only been a week but the result is unbelievably priceless. I will continue to use it for the next 3 more weeks and will update this review.

I bought this cream looking for something that would really help with the dry, thick skin on my feet... and it does work! The texture is dense, but absorbs well if applied with a small massage. I wear it every night after bathing and when I wake up I notice my feet much softer.I liked that it doesn't have a strong smell, and although it's powerful, it hasn't caused me irritation. Ideal for complicated areas such as heels, elbows or very dry hands. Consistency is the key to seeing real results.

I've used urea products from my dermatologist in the past, but never one that also contains salacylic acid, so, I was interested in seeing what this product could do. It's awesome that it can be used on other stubborn dry areas besides the feet, and it's really come in handy for my knees and elbows. It's so easy to apply and I saw results quite quickly without any side effects or issues with sensitive skin. I love not having to pumice my feet anymore. This is a great size jar that will last a long time.
