no, not at all but i only used a little. it was really funny and great prank. you dont need much, put it in a plastic cup with some water and drop it on the car. At first it will look like not really working but as it dries it is hilarious. Little bit of water and it comes right off with no residue or sign it was there.

Good morning. Yes it will at a 1:1 mix. This is a very thick suggested mix and will be very white in color. More water will make it more transparent.
