Works exactly as you hope it will -- with no added fragrances, hormones, or other questionable ingredients. I've tried many similar products, but this one is by far the best. I esp like the elegant-looking pump that protects the purity of the product. I peel the label off the container to protect my privacy (house full of teenagers), and if anyone asks, it's my moisturizer!

Having reached "that age" I've been trying various products to adapt to estrogen loss without using estrogen replacements. When I realized aloe vera-based products tend to spoil quickly, even when refrigerated, I decided to start digging into various reviews for a different alternative. This one had good reviews, so I decided to try it, and it's been helpful.It's moisturizing and provides a protective barrier against skin irritation from undergarments and toilet paper. It's not messy, or greasy, it feels and acts like a light skin moisturizer and lasts the entire day. I find I only need a pea-sized pump for sufficient coverage and relief. It's unscented, clear, and thankfully doesn't have any weird minty additives for "stimulation." Will buy again if the product doesn't spoil or do anything weird in the next few months.

It works for dryness and easy to use. My doctor wanted me to use estrogen which has side effects. This product worked fine.

I have hit menopause and need a little assistance with my lady parts. I grabbed this cream from Biolabs to try because it is hormone free. I spot tested this first on my inside wrist because I didn’t want to slather it all over “down there” and end up with an allergic reaction. It pumps out like a thick facial serum consistency. It stayed shiny on my skin and didn’t absorb in right away, but when it did, the skin felt smooth and velvety. I could still see the shine, but this did not have that slip/slide feel of a lube, so don’t’ treat it like a lube I think. I waited 24 hours to make sure everything stayed okay and there was no skin reaction or irritation. No problems there. Next step was to try it on my lady bits. I have to say that I kept this external. I did not use it internally. Just on the vulva and not in the vagina. The outside parts are what get dry on me anyway. It is definitely moisturizing and produced the velvety feel where I needed it. I don’t know that it is compatible with all toys so be careful of that.
