Great book, easy guide
Brief, simply defined, daily thoughts to meditate on. Its seemingly weightless at first glance yet each one moves you progressively towards bringing a little more openness & peace into yours & others lives. Its not a how to or book of quotes, its a very friendly, digestible ,easy tool in your tool box of self awareness. It makes you think ...and yet the entries may only be a line or two. Structured as a day by day, (but u can start anywhere in book) each one provides an idea ,the rest is up to you.This book is a keeper...and a sharer.( ps I dont know this author personally,I bought the book after running across it in a magazine article. This review is from a genuinely happy, uncompensated customer.)

Daily wake up intention
When I roll Out of bed this is the first thing I look at. Why not start my intention before my feet touch the floor? Short and sweet. Easy way to start the day off with a quick shot of mindfulness.

I LOVE SAH
i follow him on instagram, i heard him on a podcast, i TOLD him i love him and he replied.i first got this in kindle unlimited version but noticed that it doesnt inspire me to go to it everyday and use it.so i wanted the physical copy since it's not big its cute sized to carry around and i can easily flip to it asking my guides what i need to know that day and meditate on it after. that works better for me, everyones different.whether or not you meditate but every one of them are insightful to think about and maybe journal about. food for thoughts.

Simple, direct and impactful spiritual wisdom!
In a sea of books, Instagram posts, and constant chatter Sah's message is clear and direct and a grounding way to start the day. It's easy to flip to a page. Each day is a clear teaching. No fuss. No frills. Simple and direct. My days are so busy and this is exactly what my soul needs. The meditations are also easy to follow, clear, and impactful. Again, no need to search through countless apps or videos, but just keep it simple. I will be flipping through this book as my daily oracle to keep me sane and grounded!

Eye opening
Very insightful and eye opening. Great for people who are stressed, lost, seeking guidance or someone who just needs to take a step back and catch their self.

Practice-based meditation
Interesting, informative, comforting. I enjoyed the practice. I appreciated the emphasis on the breath and thinking short and cleansing thoughts, the I-you-we meditations. This could be life-changing.

Meditations and Reflections
This book includes 365 mantras, meditations, and more. It is organized by month and day for each meditation, but readers can really start anywhere and read more than one meditation per day. While billed as meditations in just 5 minutes per day, the author packs a big punch in every entry. Very nice layout. Enjoyable and instructive. Lots to ponder.

Spark to begin the day
Enjoyed reading each day! Short meaningful messages were just the right spark to get my day off to a positive start. There was also some food for thought to keep me thinking about new possibilities.
