Mast charger. Can't do fast charging.

I wish there was anything less than one star! Pathetic product, stopped working in the second week. Amazon has a return policy of one week so can’t be returned to them. When I called Ambrane’s customer service I was told to return this to any of the 4 third party mobile shops (in remote and interior corners of old gurgaon). Post which they would dispatch a new one if the issue is found authentic. That’s quite an old fashioned customer service SOP! Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this product.

One of the best wall chargers in market have ordered 3 total , it fits perfect on wall, connect good type c cable and charge all iphone and andrpid devices at max 20 ampere which is 2500 ampere , life of the product is long and sturdy it functions perfect , pair it with good cable like from boat or amazon

Gets the job done but its definitely not what it advertises as it does not put out fast charging as it charges my A51 which had a 15 watt charger but it charges it slower than my laptops type c to c port. But in fairness it get the job done at this price but definitely some misleading advertisement as it FOR SURE CHARGES THE AT 20 WATT!!!!But durability is good and for its price its value for money.

I purchased the RAAP M20 charger by Ambrane on 27th November 2024, and it was delivered to me on 29th November 2024. It worked fine for the first few weeks, but what happened on 11th January 2025 turned it into a complete nightmare.I have a habit of plugging in my phone to charge early in the morning, usually around 5:00 AM, expecting it to be fully charged by the time I wake up. On that fateful day, I followed the same routine. However, instead of waking up to a fully charged phone, I woke up to my worst fear: the charger shorted and burst into flames right before my eyes.Luckily, I noticed the issue as soon as it happened. Sparks flew out of the charger, and flames started spreading rapidly. I immediately turned off the switchboard and managed to prevent the fire from spreading further. However, the damage had already been done. The charger was completely destroyed, and the fire caused damage to other appliances connected to the same switchboard.What horrifies me the most is imagining what could have happened if I hadn’t noticed it in time. If this incident had occurred while I was still asleep or when no one was home, it could have easily started a full-blown fire, risking not only my property but also my life. A simple act of charging my phone could have ended tragically, and this thought is terrifying.I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous and life-threatening this product is. For a brand like Ambrane to produce something so hazardous is deeply disappointing. Quality and safety should be a top priority, especially for products that are left unattended for charging.Pros: None.Cons:• Short-circuited and burst into flames.• Damaged other appliances.• Huge fire hazard, especially when left unattended.• Risk of severe injury or loss of life.This product has left me shaken and with a significant loss. I urge others to avoid purchasing this charger at all costs. Ambrane needs to take full accountability for such incidents and ensure their products meet the highest safety standards.This was a nightmare I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Charging your phone should not come with the risk of losing your home or your life.
