I was pleasantly surprised to find out how great these taste in water. They mix in very easily, not a lot of stirring required and no chunks to deal with - dissolved completely. Now - do they work? I feel like I can't adequately determine that yet - I will give them a go for a few months and if I notice anything improving, I'll say and up my star rating to a 5... and if I don't update my review, that means I probably forgot to revisit this review, which might mean something about my memory - LOL.

I really like that this comes in a relatively large package with two completely different flavor options, so that I don't get bored of having the same thing every day. That having been said, I have not really experienced a noticeable difference in my cognitive functioning, concentration, etc., so take those claims with a grain of salt. The flavor of one packet is actually quite strong, and there's really no easily found instructions to know what ratio of water to powder to use, but I think after filling a pint glass with water and one packet, that the flavor is very strong, and perhaps overly so. I like to water down the drinks by an average of 50% to still have good flavor, so I will either pour half a packet in at a time, or make a small pitcher to dispense it throughout the day.

I gave it a try before I read all the ingredients. Upon opening the Peach Mango, I thought it smelled delightful. The taste was just as delicious. Then I thought this is too sweet for no sugar and that's when I read the ingredients. I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners. I find the after taste is a turn off. The berry flavor didn't interest me, so I didn't even go there. This product isn't for me but for the many others who don't mind artificial sweeteners you might like it.I was a little concerned with the packaging but upon investigation everything looked like it was intact.

First, I hate sweets, desserts, soda and most flavored vitamin waters...way too sweet for me. So I knew that these would be too sweet before I purchased then and that I'd have to dilute them to half strength. I did that and it was still way too sweet for me. On the other hand, my dad LOVES sweets and I let him try the water I prepared at half strength. He loved it. I'm not sure if it's making a difference for him mentally but because of the way it tastes, he's drinking more water. So it's a win...win all around. Highly recommend, just adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Each flavor comes in its own container within the original container so that way the clarity boosting sticks aren't just mixed amongst each other to where you have to search for your flavor. As someone who prefers variety packs, I really appreciated this because not only does it make the search easy, but it also makes it so I'm aware of how many of each flavor I have left. The recommended amount to pour each focus powder stick into is 10 oz. to 14 oz. of water. I found that 14 oz. tasted the best to me with both the Peach Mango, and Wild Berry flavor. I had a massive puzzle that I had been dreading on finishing because all that was left was about 100 pieces of bright sky blue that all looked exactly the same. I felt like I was able to focus more since I finally completed the puzzle, but it still wasn't a jolly experience.

These are delicious and provide a nice energy/clarity boost. It takes some vigorous shaking to get it to fully dissolve. I like the peach/mango flavor the best.
