The design is comfortable and easy to use. The resistance is easily adjusted using the twist knob on the end of the device.

This air flow restrictor works well in performing the primary function of restricting air. It is not very heavy, so can easily be kept in your mouth without bouncing around. It did teach me that I run with my mouth open because it did feel awkward to run while forcibly keeping my mouth closed.My only complaint is that the full open, least restrictive position still restricts too much air. I feel that position should be almost normal airflow, not restricted at all. Perhaps that is normal for these types of restrictors, but it was not what I was expecting. The quality of the unit is good, there is no strong rubbery taste, and it does its primary function well.Too early to tell if it’s helping my cardio, but it definitely makes the runs harder when I’m using this. I honestly can’t use it for very long yet (maybe 1 minute at a time) without having to remove it to breathe normally. But I expect that duration to improve over time.

I had high hopes for this lung device, but unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. The build quality feels cheap, and the device doesn’t seem durable enough for regular use. Instructions were vague, making it hard to understand how to use it effectively. Worst of all, I noticed little to no improvement in my breathing or lung capacity after consistent use. It feels more like a gimmick than a legitimate health tool. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for real respiratory support.

Ordered to try to strengthen my lungs as someone with lung related health issues. Seems to provide some restriction to work the lungs a bit but the adjustment is either so minor it's not noticeable or it doesn't work. Overall not a bad product but I'd probably look at other items over this one.
