Great little sinus headache helper! If you hold level, you can use it anywhere. Be sure NOT to fill past the points that it says or it will spit out hot water. Works as specified...Go slow...because the hotter setting can be overwhelming for your nose if you just jump right in. It's a great thing in my book!!!

I wish I would Of bought this long ago. If you have sinus, bronchitis, and allergies buy this. I used a treatment for the very time and this is gross but true. I blew a hugh snot ball the size of a coaster you set your drink on after that I felt like a new person a lot of the infection came out with no antibiotics.

I paid $47 and I saw it on amazon today for $28. I tried to return and was told no returns. Okay fine whatever I have a kid that needs it so I let it go. I plugged it in, light came on and in less than 5 minutes the light went off (no steam). I plugged it in 4 other outlets light never came back on! Please don’t buy this! And if you do buy the $28 one. Better to have a $28 broken steamer than $47 one.

It gets way too hot to use for more than a few minutes

This product holds up and is Trouble free. I would not hesitate to re-order! Great value for the money!
