Initially the product seemed to work and it improved my sleep but after about one month I found that some of my skin started to itch and hives started to appear where I had scratched. I stopped using the sheet for a about a week and the itching and hives stopped. However, as there is only a 1 month money back guarantee I cannot claim a refund.I have researched the possible side effects of the sheet on the internet and forming of hives on the skin has been reported. I think this should be made clear by the seller and a longer money back guarantee should be given. I will be interested to see the sellers response to my review.

Not sure yet if this works we’ve had it on our bed for a week. My husband hasn’t stopped snoring, my sleep is maybe a little better but still not sleeping all night !I will review this after a month to see if it just takes time to work.

Can’t tell if it’s broken or not there’s no light to show you that it’s working, also bought the bigger one thinking it would be wider but it’s longer and just hangs of the bed ? Haven’t felt anything bought to help with insomnia and fibromyalgia. Also it’s cheaply made and shipped from China was expecting for the price it was it might at least be made in the uk and with cotton

My grounding sheet came yesterday. I have great anxiety. My days can be so bad, I literally have internal tremors and feel ill with my issue for the past 10 months.I was sceptical to get it, but then again I had nothing to lose! These sheets were also20% off when I purchased them.The set up is easy, no brainer at all.I put it on my bed and lay in it straight after university. I was looking for some kind of sign that it was working. Though clearly, there is no electricity going through it, i did feel some tingling sensation, which i read online that is normal.I then later on took my magnesium glycinate and lay on the sheet for the whole night and slept relatively well. What this means to me, is that I didn't wake up around 2am with pounding chest or with tremors all over my body. Not sure if it's just a coincidence but if this works, I'm taking this sheet everywhere, even on my planned holiday!!! Also I'm not sure if my better sleep was due to the magnesium, and /or the combination of the sheet and magnesium. I'm just glad I had a sleep that I haven't had for months.I will be probably buying them for my kids and as gifts!!

So I'm an terrible sleeper. Toss & turn most the night, can not get comfy & this is with taking long-term Amitriptyline for poor sleep. Sometimes have reached for coedine tabs, which is not good route to go down.Was very sceptical & spent 5wks looking into them & not knowing if a scam or if something behind the science. Choose this one due to reviews & it being on 1 of the 1op 10 best reviews.Opening package i instantly thought, this looks rubbish, as popper didn't want to stay in place BUT it has & I fold that part behind end mattress.1st night, nothing short of a miracle. I moved twice & I could indeed feel the very slight fuzzy sensation on several areas of legs. Was amazed at how comfortable I felt & when I got up to let dogs out, where normally I'd have terrible trouble getting comfy, I literally laid down & felt like I'd not moved. In the morning I was gobsmacked as I had none of the usual neck shoulder & back pain. I'd slept...I felt good. Next few nights same. Last night 5th night & although at 1st, I was fidgeting, I think that was due to over eating. My results so far are intriguing & I'm still keeping open mind but 1 thing i know for sure, absolutely NO placebo effects would at all work with my sleeping, so its not in the head reaction . So far extremely pleased & I hope this long but thorough review helps others who sleep poorly.
