Saffron is one of those herbs with superpowers, at least in my opinion. I've added it to my routine because of my battle against depression and general ennui. this is an incredible supplement for me, I've been taking a few weeks but from the first dose it went to work immediately! cleared up my darkened night vision issue which was off and on....within 10 minutes or less and problem hasnt come back. nothing else has done this for me to the same effect, definitely healthy for the brain (mine was coming from the brain or nerves not the eye itself). I felt it doing something healing in my brain on the left side, felt like pain release. and of course i feel it improve my mood within 10 minutes as well which is also consistent every time I'm taking it.
