Not good people to work with in my opinion!!
Not liking to put folks down but we received this product and realized what we received it and even before unpacking that it didn't suit our needs. I put in for a return only to get a message from the makers that they'd rather send me a partial refund and me just keep it. I saw no need in that and what they offered was not enough to offset my investment. After a couple of messages without coming to some equitable ground I decided to just keep it and donate it to someone who can use it. Won't order from them again.

My kid loves it
This is his favorite place to play in our yard. My 5 year old can open the lid himself but needs an adult to raise and lower the top awning. Be careful cause the wind will really mess with the awning so if you’re not using it. Put it down to the ground.
