Awesome flavor.

I don't think this is actually Locatelli Peccorino-Romano cheese. The taste and texture are 100% off. There's also a chemical taste and a terrible aftertaste. Unfortunately, it's non-refundable so I wasted $9.

Excellent in place of Parmesan or Asagio for a milder flavor. Also great artichoke dip.

OK when you’re in a rush, but the block and grinding it yourself is better

This a great pasta cheese. I grew up with and was glad I could get thru Amazon. As a misplaced New Yorker, it's hard to find the things you grew up with. Glad I was able to find it on Amazon. The only thing that I didn't understand is it took a long time for shipping, but I was happy to wait for it

I love that cheese,but the shipping is a joke been waiting for that order for 3 wweks??? Is that vendor still in business????? Next time I need to find another supplier.
