Salad - Amaranthus - Green Giant - 1200 Seeds

The seeds l got were so healthy. Planted them about a month ago. Very happy with progress. Will soon transfer them on to garden bed

Seeds didn't grow no good.

Saw a video about using the leaves for salads, so had to give it a go! Didn't realise the seeds would be so small, though! lol

Zero germination.

These are seeds and not yet germinated so can't comment.
