High quality
I really don’t know why I haven’t bought this earlier. There’s a huge water taste improvement and limescale reduction, finally there’s massively less white residue on pots after boiling water.Also the quality of the 3 way tap itself is great. Rigid built with sense of quality and super easy to install with basic tools!

Very nice looking, happy with my purchase
Buying this tap was the best decision.It looks clean and filtered water is separated so I don't waste my filter.Initially I tried to installed it myself as the installation is quite simple, it turns out my current water system has a bit weird piping as it's Victorian convert house (quite common in UK) I ended up hiring a plumber.Plumber didn't have hard time so I guess all good

Very good but overpriced
Very good so far (only been using it for a couple of weeks).Quality is very good although that should be expected at this price, which I think is still too much.Also it does drip for a few seconds after shutting off the mains water (no issue with the filtered water supply)Very good overall but too much expensive in my eyes

Smart looking tap
Arrived in very secure packaging. Nice modern looking tap and the filter cartridge indicator is very useful.

Great Tap but very dissapointed that I paid £299 and a couple weeks later price dropped by £50! :(

Filtered water tap
I love this tap so much. Excellent water quality and more convenient than using a filter jug. Good value for money and plumber said it was easy to fit.

Cartridge Status Light Not Working
The Cartridge Status Indicator Light is not working. I have bought a replacement battery today to see if the battery which came with the Tap is the problem. If it still does not work, I will contact Brita and see if the problem can be resolved. If not, the Tap will be returned next week.
