Terrible Mattress – Caused Pain and Nearly Impossible to Return
This has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made.I followed all the instructions carefully and allowed the mattress to expand for 72 hours before first use. However, within just 2 to 3 weeks, it began to sag severely—so much that I often struggled to get out of bed. The poor support led to ongoing back pain and even numbness on the right side of my body. I’ve decided to return it immediately due to the discomfort it has caused.To make matters worse, Amazon expects me to arrange the return shipping myself. Trying to find a courier in Ireland willing to ship a bulky mattress to the UK has been an absolute nightmare. This entire experience - from the product quality to the return process - has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding mattress purchases from Amazon.

Decent mattress
This is an excellent quality mattress. Made of high quality materials. Can take a couple of days to get used to it as it can be quite firm. However a great night's sleep is had.My only issue is that it's not as deep as stated. I purchased the 21cm deep and when measured it's only 19cm. Overall a decent quality mattress for the price.

Very impressed - description correct
This mattress is thick, it is firm and very supportive.We have only had it a few days however I am over the moon, it is so comfortable and is helping with an old hip injury I have. The thickness as described is correct.

Good - but doesn't last!
Bought this Feb 2020. Changing today. Was comfortable and firm for first couple of years. Needed rotating a lot over last 18 months. Now I am getting bad hip ache as I sleep at an angle, being 10.5 stone and rolled into my (16 stone) husband's dip. Nothing to be done but replace. Perhaps expected for the money!Will try hybrid next time.
