Love this knife. Its handle design lets you see the bread as you slice it easily and allows you to adjust the size of the piece of bread that you want. I gave my sister and niece this knife as a gift and they have fallen in love with it too

I was so excited to receive this after all the research I had done it seemed like the best option for cutting my sourdough loafs. However the metal cutting part is slightly longer leaving a bow in the metal that makes it impossible to cut straight. I have used this for over a month at this point and as soon as you get it going straight a slight amount of too much pressure sources the bow the other direction cutting your slice off early.UPDATE:The seller contacted me after the original review. He offered me a full refund and to send a new product. After receiving the new product the wire is tight and easily able to cut straight slices. Would definitely recommend over a bread knife.

I received my cutting board and bread knife today. The quality is apparent. They will be used regularly and cherished. Fantastic products.

I am absolutely amazed at this knife and how easily and evenly it cuts through my homemade breads. The only reason why I can’t give it five stars is that the metal knife starts becoming very loose and there’s not too much I can do about it. The blade part of the knife is flimsy. Replacement blades are extremely expensive but I would buy this knife again because it works so well. I think it’s cheaper just to buy the whole kit then to buy a replacement blade overall I’m exceedingly happy with this product.

I have been looking for a bread knife that will cut homemade bread without smashing it. This is perfect. I'm happy I chose this particular one. It's large, the handle is easy to hold, very nicely made, comes with a blade cover and storage bag. You can also hang it if you want. The seller also put in a cute note card for happy baking. They also included another thank you card and all info and care instructions you will need. Shipping was perfect and quick. No issues at all. I would definitely recommend this item and company to everyone.

I was excited to support a small business with this purchase, but this knife is so disappointing. It's sharp but the blade is incredible flimsy. The magnetic blade cover doesn't stay on let alone fit! I can't get an even cut to save my life, and if your crust is thicker, it's difficult to start your cut. I watched the instruction video but mine is nothing like the one shown in terms of quality and ease of use. Every slice goes from normal to very thin to very thick, or some variation of that and it's not worth while. I didn't have time to open it immediately when it was delivered but I wish I could have returned it or just saved my money.
