Ito-en is the best tasting iced tea brand that I've found.It's a good replacement for sodas and other sugared drinks since it is zero calories and still has flavor if you find drinking water too bland.The pricing on amazon is about the same as what you'd find at an asian supermarket, so save yourself a trip.Highly recommended.

I used to be able to buy this tea at a local natural foods shop but they no longer carry it. I have bought it for years as I do not drink sweeten tea. It has an excellent taste and I prefer it to the milder version. My whole family prefers this

I really like how much flavor it has. I got tired of sweet drinks a while back but all the prepackaged/pre-made tea always tasted watered down. This really does have a "bold" flavor to it. My friends say it is an acquired taste but I love it.

This is perfect and helps with my digestion. Even when I eat a large poriton of food, I don't feel as bloated. It's wonderful and tasty.

Product arrived as advertised with no packaging defects.Very healthy drink and I highly recommend this Bold & Unsweetened tea!

It is VERY bitter but wonderful.

I’ve been buying this tea in 6-bottle cases of 2-litre bottles for several years. I drink it daily and love it. I have always bought the dark “bold” unsweetened tea, because it tastes fantastic. But the past 2 auto-deliveries of this tea that I’ve received have changed.In my photo, you can see that the tea on the left is light, that’s the tea I’ve gotten for the last two deliveries. The tea on the right is the old tea, like it’s been for many years. Dark and yummy. The tea on the left, the new tea, is now not only lighter in color, it’s weak and tastes “wrong.” Is there a mix-up at the factory? Did they put millions of gallons of their light weak tea into the dark bold tea bottles and mislabel them? I can’t buy this anymore because it ain’t cheap and it tastes like the weakest weird watery tea ever now. I’m so disappointed. I may have to do without this and it’s really the only tea I love.I realize this isn’t an Amazon issue—they are just delivering what I have always ordered. This is an ITO EN factory issue, so I sent them an email with my photo and I will update this review when they respond.

I have a subscription and this product is great except this time. Wrong product and delivered over 6 weeks late.
