My cat will not eat this on his food so I resorted to mixing with water and syringing it into his mouth. Idk if he doesn't like the smell or taste. It has no smell to me. I use this along with other supplements. The package is a great value with its size and cost, atleast in my opinion.

My older cat is having some crystals in her pee and was urinating frequently. I have been using this in tandem with a corrective diet to help her out and it took about two months, but now she is seemingly back to normal. I can't say this stuff was the reason, but it was part of a multipronged treatment which all added together led to great results.

This is a great supplement for dogs and cats in order to help prevent kidney disease. I really like the fact that it comes in a very fine powder (that is tasteless), so it's super easy to mix with my cats wet food, and she has no qualms about the flavor.One thing I find a bit odd though, is that there doesn't appear to be a "best by" date on the package. I looked everywhere, and there is no expiration date (or date of manufacture) on the package. Definitely not a big deal, but it would be nice to know when this product expires.Overall, I'm very happy with this Kidney Restore Bio Fiber supplement. I'm confident that this is a high-quality product, and I plan to supplement my cat's wet food with this product for years to come. Unfortunately, kidney disease is fairly common in dogs and cats as they age, so I'm hopeful that this product will help to mitigate the chances that my cat will develop kidney problems as she gets older.Also, this product is made (and sourced) in the USA, by an American company. This is a huge plus! It's good to know that this product is not coming from overseas.I highly recommend this product!

I have a 14 year-old cat with kidney disease. She does eat this mixed with her food so I am happy about that. My cat will sometimes pee her bed, but I feel like it’s more because another cat will get in between her and the litter room. But it will be interesting to see if this helps her.The ingredients are basically fiber and prebiotics so it’s not anything to worry about. Acacia is a fiber that I have taken for myself in the past. According to the package, this product is mostly just fiber meant to help clear out toxins so that your kidneys don’t have to work so hard to clear out toxins on their own. If your cat will eat it, it’s certainly worth a try. I would rather give this natural product than some sort of super expensive horrible drug that causes side effects.Also, I have several cats and they all eat together, so I really can’t separate their food as I leave their food out for them to eat whenever they want. So I am mixing this in with their dehydrated, freeze dried foodand all my cats will benefit from it.

I have cats that are over 10 years old. One is in stage 3 kidney disease and receives medicine 2x daily, but struggles with constipation. Following the very detailed directions on the LARGE powdered bag which has an easy seal on it, animals need to work up to the appropriate daily dose. If not given in small amounts, it can cause gastric distress & loose stools. Thankfully, my 17.5 year old kitty only after a week now is able to pass normal stools without being constipated and visibly struggliing to pass a movement. That in itself is way better than trying to give her IV fluids which she is not a willing patient!The Bio Fiber is a white powder & is flavorless according to my cats' reactions. I have put it in their water along with mixing it in their wet food. None of them have had any issues with taking it.

I use this formula for kidney support for my cat. He's been pretty easy with respect to supplements while we figure out how to manage IBD and other health issues. He'll eat the supplement if mixed with pumpkin but he will not bother if it is mixed with fish. I chose to mix with other things he takes via syringe, which is much easier. I'm not sure how functional this is, but the formula is good and the favor seems good to me. The added fiber and digestive ingredients help with bowel movements. He is on prednisolone so his appetite is stronger than usual, and keeping his bowel function as normal as possible is important.So far so good.4 stars

This Kidney Restore Bio Fiber for Cats & Dogs supplement comes in a handy resealable bag which makes it easy to access and keep fresh. I have had a great experience regarding my dog's consumption of the product. My dog absolutely loves the taste. I was having difficulty getting my dog to eat her food, but when I mixed this with her food, she loved it and ate every bit. As with all supplements I do not have the skills or tools to isolate whether I can attribute any changes in the health or condition of my pet to this product. However, I want to add this type of fiber to my dog's diet and this product provides me with a very convenient way to do that. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend the product.
