Overall, if you're looking for a roll of tape that's perfect for use on anything from hockey stick handles to gun grips, this is an excellent deal for just about $10!This is some great grip tape and if you're in the market for soft grip tape made of a fusion of cotton and polyester, with a simple adhesive backing. It's a good case of "keep it simple, stupid!" - it's just as complex as it needs to be without any bells or whistles. I like the texture, which is matte but smooth and easy to hold onto glove-free without tearing up your hands. The adhesive backing is also well-made, it holds the tape down on whatever you use the tape on, and it's water-resistant and doesn't slip, but when you need to pull up the tape it's easy and doesn't affect the surface.If you're looking for 'grip tape' that would be used on skateboards, that's a completely different thing with a different surface and texture, this is nothing like that. This has a soft, matte but relatively smooth finish, and your hands will thank you for using this. I will permit no pointing nor laughing about the term 'goon tape', either.I only review things that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product. I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. If I get multiple of something it's because I regularly use and need both of them. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.

Seems like it work as advertised!

I used the tape on the grips of various things around the home. It does not have great sticking power, but the grip feels nice. Had it had better adhesive it might stick very well to the grips. Not bad but could be better with stronger adhesive

This is literally just fabric tape. It has no texture to it at all..Don’t buy!

Ordered this "grip" tape because it said it could be used on pistols but honestly, it's just not right for that. This grip tape is actually more like a cloth that is slick. It's not very textured so it doesn't actually provide much grip. If you simply just need something to wrap around the pistol to create more girth to hold onto, then this could work for that but as far as being grippy itself, this just doesn't function how id like it to.
