This is a good product. It does stick together, even when refrigerated. But keeping it cool is fine. Will buy again.

Be Aware: There Are Two Different Forms of CoQ-10. Ubiquinol is the Better Form
Not to say that Dr. Foster is the best brand of it or not, though I'm happy with it. Just do your research before buying CoQ-10 and compare the regular form of CoQ-10 with this form. Then pull out your wallet and go to town. You only live once.

I regularly take COQ10 and i found these to be just as effective as others i have tried. I have used Dr. Fosters before and i have zero complaints, i tfeel they have good products. I like this is a 400mg dosage because that's my regular dose so this bottle will last me longer then when buying 100mg or 200.

Not the best
Looks to be the same as their 200mg Ubiquinol product. It's literally the exact same capsule. When you open one, the contents look identical. It looks like this company is selling these same brown gel caps as COQ-10, 200MG Ubiquinol, and 400MG Ubiquinol. If the contents of the caps are different, they should post their third-party test results. OTHERWISE, CUSTOMERS MAY VERY WELL THINK THE SAME BROWN CAPS ARE BEING SOLD OVER AND OVER UNDER DIFFERENT LABELS AND BRANDS LIKE THEIR DR FOSTER'S AND ZEBORA.
