I like to believe it is a good milk frother, with different options and functions and large capacity unfortunately my first purchase has failed to operate after few times using due to the technical issues, thanks to Amazon service easy way for returning, i decided to give another chance to the frother with another replacement.

The media could not be loaded. Good until it wasn't. Used 5 times max now it won't even turn on. It started having subtle issues at first like not properly heating now it's completely not working. Wouldn't recommend. Have to wait till it's sent back to get a refund but I won't he rebuying this one that's for sure.

Fabulous. The foam difference between the light foam and the heavy foam is not noticeable. They’re both the same. I took a star off because I wish the glass bit came off. It’s a bugger to wash out. It’s so quiet. It’s easy to use even for a menopausal idiot like me. It’s fairly quick heating up the milk. I actually really like it. Glad I bought it overall. Beats paying a shop a ridiculous amount of money for a posh coffee with foam. I use a tassimo pod now and just Chuck this in afterwards. When I first got it I just chucked some instant coffee in while the milk was heating up. That works well too.

I'm in love... I brought this thinking I would probably end up putting it in the back of the cupboard after yet again failing to make frothy milk or a decent nescafe instant. Didn't even anticipate it would make a dent in my hot chocolate game...But it is the best! I can add any milk even skimmed come out frothy. Nescafe add milk or some hot water to jug any sachet. Go red done!4 setting on touch button - green (1 tap) thick fluffy milk to add to coffee, Blue (2 taps) cold milk or milkshake, purple (3 taps) 600ml (roughly two cups) of hot drink flat, green (4 taps) throw it all in cappuccino. Two inserts one to mix one to make bubbles. Supper easy washes really well and so quick even if you have to make two separate mugs they'll both be hot. Using this for a family of four!

Excellent at frothing milk, easy to clean as the supplied brush actually works, looks great as well.Update....broken. The on/off different options button is broken. Contacted customer services three times with no response.

For the price, it does its function very very well. I'd have been happy for it to work for a few days but it has given me great lattes & frappes & hot chocolates for weeks now. I've "saved" SO much money on cocktails & hot drinks & matcha drinks at home !! It has more than made up for its price by now.

Takes a long time to froth, probably twice as long as others. Started to not respond to pressing the button after 4 months. Not impressed, just want a frother to last at least a couple of years.

Brilliant. It has four different settings for the froth/foam, easy to clean and not too big.
