After lot of research finally purchased this product it got delivered yesterday and installed morning by Urban person. The look and material was so good. The person installed the lock was so good and patiently explained all process.

Been using the Native Lock Pro by Urban Company for a week and it's been flawless. Easy app, smart features like password masking, and free professional installation. Loved the doorbell integration too. Just wish it had a USB charging option instead of batteries. Still, highly recommended!

Lock installation process was smooth. It was done by Wasim Akram. He is very professional. He explained the whole process before starting the installation and how much it is going to take. Once successfully installed on door He guided step by step on the setup. Overall an excellent service. Thank you.
