Value for money. Satisfactory.
I am writing this review for the first appearance, usage, connectivity features, and the installation experience. Everything was super was super satisfactory. Lock operates very smoothly and set up was very smooth and easy. Hope this is sustainable also. UC installation person was very efficient, punctual and helpful in resolving all queries. Ecellent experience.👍

Excellent product
Ravi Kumar did an excellent job installing my door lock. Explained all features well. Handled the door lock as per my door bend. It's an excellent product. I loved all the features. It has a sensor with our manual non smart bell. So ringing the manual or the device bell sends notifications. So absolutely loved the features. Good work UC.

I’m quite satisfied with the Urban Company main door lock. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the design looks modern on the main door. Installation was smooth and professionally handled by the technician, who explained the features clearly.
