Excellent product
Ravi Kumar did an excellent job installing my door lock. Explained all features well. Handled the door lock as per my door bend. It's an excellent product. I loved all the features. It has a sensor with our manual non smart bell. So ringing the manual or the device bell sends notifications. So absolutely loved the features. Good work UC.

I recently got the Native Pro smart lock installed on my main door, and here’s my honest experience — both with installation and performance. 🔧 Installation Experience Right from the start, the installation process was smooth. The technician arrived on time and handled the setup professionally — no mess, no unnecessary drilling, and the lock fit perfectly on the wooden door frame. The technician also explained how to use each access method and showed me how to connect the lock to the app before leaving.� Urban Company I liked that installation was included as part of the purchase package — it made the transition from my old lock to a smart one hassle-free. If your door has unusual thickness or alignment, they may need a bit more time, but in my case it was quick and well-done.

Pretty Good looking and performing lock. Steady. Setting it up took time, butbworth it.

Great Product, good delivery but with a learning curve...
Mr Rajesh was the point man and he delivered. He may have needed to carve half my entry door apart but he's a fine carpenter and locksmith and knows his product well. Some teething issues but he was great and delivered.... I am now married to the Urban Company for better or worse.
