I've been using these knives to cut things like pickles, peppers, olives, carrots, etc., usually when I don't need a large amount. They're really light and work fine enough. The edge is sharp and hasn't given me issues with an item yet. The serrations feel like micro-serrations when cutting.Something I dislike is that the flashing of the mold used for the handle is noticeable and felt upon gripping, making it feel not finely finished. I've had $5 set knives with better finished handles -- but worse blades to be certain. I'll try to sand it down a bit and see if it feels better after.

These knives work well! They are very sharp out of the box, and they cut really well. Fit and finish is great for the price point, which is very reasonable. Not a bad set! Can't speak for the steel, but it seems a 'cut' above the regular cheap stuff. Good buy!

This six piece set of serrated Perry knives is a nice addition to your kitchen and home. Keep one in different areas of the host to use for opening boxes, cutting things up, when you don’t want to use scissors. They’re small enough to tuck in a drawer and not take up a lot of room. The handles feel plastic, but they’re very comfortable in the hand and smooth. The blades are serrated and cut well at first. I don’t know how well they will hold up.

This is a nice price on pretty good knives. They are sharp. I wish they had some sort of sleeve on them. They are well worth the price and I've had no issues cutting anything I've needed with them

I've had the pleasure of using these Solingen paring knives for the past ten days and they perform outstandingly.The serrated blades are super sharp so keep them away from children. The grip is comfortable and can be held securely which is important with sharp blades. I'm using two from the set of six and they've been through my dishwasher many times without any signs of rust or melting plastic handles. I love that they are just the right size to pare produce and slice so easily through thick sandwiches.For the reasons above and because they're a very good value for it's quality, I highly recommend this product.

5 minutes after taking one of these knives out of the box I was slicing an onion. then chopping a tomato. they are super sharp with that tiny serrated edge that grips onto slippery vegetables and makes a clean cut with total control. these are wonderful!
