Quality very bad

It was ok, but it didn’t do anything for my back because it wasn’t strong enough

I have multiple foam rollers, and honestly, they all kinda hurt when I use them! This one is a nice foam roller, pretty similar in size (both length and diameter) to others like it. When I first received it, I was excited because the foam seems a bit easier (softer) to compress than my others. It does still have the hard plastic interior liner though. So when using it, the foam does compress easier, but it it is still hard overall. I note this, because the "massaging" ridges due to squish down more than some of the other really firm foam rollers. I prefer this but others may not...

This medium size black foam roller is really effective for per and post workout. It can be used effectively for lower or upper body muscles.
