I don’t usually buy non Apple products for my iPhone because of previous experiences. I decided to take a chance and honestly the value for money, quality, charging speed, and overall functionality of this charger has convinced me otherwise. Not really much explaining needed it’s very easy to use and the extra long length of the cable great. The cable itself looks, feels and performs like the high end high priced Apple one. The actual plug is great. Well made and honestly impressed with the fast charging. This power blockAnd cable charging system seems faster than the official one. Can’t fault at all

This fast charge plug priced at £9.99, with a 20% voucher, seemed like a great deal. It comes with a long 3m lead, which is really convenient. However, I wasn’t overly impressed with its charging speed—it took 2 hours to charge my iPhone from 17% to 100%. From 17% to 77%, it charged reasonably fast in about 40 minutes, but then it slowed down noticeably for the remaining charge.It uses PD (Power Delivery) 20W, a fast-charging standard that delivers up to 20 watts of power, allowing for quicker charging—especially for the first part of the cycle. The technology adjusts the power output dynamically, which explains why the initial charge was fast, but it slowed down after 77% to protect the battery. It also has a charge protection chip to prevent overheating or overcharging, but I noticed my phone didn’t hold the charge as long as with my usual charger, which was disappointing.On the plus side, it’s MFi certified for Apple devices, so I didn’t get any of those annoying compatibility messages. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but the performance could be better.
