I purchased my kettle in December. While it heated well it made quite a bit of noise and was actually very loud and moved around while heating. I just accepted it as I have other pieces of this and absolutely LOVE the pattern on my toaster and kettle. Well, it jumped off my counter and hit the ground breaking and leaving a mess. I contacted the company (as there is no support for this item here on Amazon) and am quite happy with the response. They replaced my kettle! It's unusual for a company to be so reasonable and quick to respond these days. I had a new kettle 4 days later and it's just perfect. I am so in love with these appliances, the pop of color in my kitchen, they're just a joy to look at. If they made others I wouldn't hesitate purchasing. A microwave would be amazing...even a wrap for my ugly frige would be amazing! These special appliances are well worth every penny.

So cute, heats water fast, and keeps it warm for a long time. The outside doesn’t get hot. It pours great, no drips with that gooseneck. Perfect size. I love it!

This is an adorable little electric kettle. Looks great in my yellow kitchen. It's nice because it's only 800 W so I could take it into the trailer if I want. I use it every day.

Bought it purely for the look, since it fits my tea room decor. The handle is quite plastic, with 2-part grey (I wonder why) and mustard color combo, and looks a bit cheap. I wish the label (Hazel Quinn) isn’t plastered right in the center of the bouquet. A smaller, discreet plaque to the lower corner would be more stylish.Boils fine, no longer or shorter duration than my Krups (which I’d had for over 10 years). Hope this one will last.

My favorite kettle ever! I love the look and quality. The size and style is perfect for me! It is a pleasure to use as it is easy to fill, easy to clean hard water deposits, and it heats up fast. For anyone who likes a beautiful and unique looking kettle in the 1 litre size, I highly recommend it!

An absolutely beautiful teapot. We are a bpa free, minimal plastic household when it comes to our food preparation utensils. Having a truly silicone and plastic free interior was important. To our surprise, this teapot is both gorgeous inside and out, with a truly stainless steel interior. It is lightweight, and not very loud. The auto-off switch latch lights up when heating, and light goes off when it's done. We have received compliments on it from grandparents and children. The vintage look is befitting to our kitchen that has a flare of french country cottage design.
