Very Good value for device with 4g support and VOLTE ! Jio 4g & Vi 4G works fantastic. Battery backup 3 days in 1 full charge with dual Sim on 4G . Not bad . Torch light is bright and Sound very loud.

I had put the phone for exchange because it wasn't working, but neither have I received it nor has anyone come to pick it up. Now I don't want to take it; both my time and money have been wasted.

Product is amazing but its lag,hang some times

I bought this for my father who is around 80 years old and not able to hear properly so I need a keypad phone having big display and having high volume .Today I received the phone.The volume is better in comparison to NOKIA phone.Display also OK.Battery back up has not checked.Buttons are big and separate.Support Jio VoLte Sims and 4gDrawback :-We cannot customise the joy keys. just like my father he is habituated of using right top button as contact in Samsung keypad phone. But here it is fixed for Cloud and left top key is fixed for GO TO.Next issue is with searching name in contract. The same issue I found in Nokia as well.When we type a letter to search - it doesn't show the name starting with entered character. Instead of that it shows the name containing the entered character.

Phone is fine as a basic one. But the user interface is so bad it will be hard to use for a lot of people and impossible for seniors.Long press on buttons does stupid things like for example put it on silent which is easy to do when only a short press was required.The center large button has terrible action between press and edge clicks. Hard to do one without triggering another.The numbers available for speed dialing are a dispersed subset of the available numbers making it hard to remember for seniors.The notifications are intrusive and hard to dismiss.Really bad UI programming for this century.The case is also very slippery for seniors.

HMD good phone dual 4G Network support and YouTube support and good interface and battery backup is good. 4G VOLET calling is good

Why screen automatically on after some time again & again..Very battery consuming..please anyone provide solution..
