Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the InvestmentI’m writing this review after using the product for a while, having just activated the SIM card. Unfortunately, the experience has been very poor. The location tracking is highly inaccurate, often off by 600 to 700 meters, making it unreliable for its intended purpose. The app frequently hangs, and the watch randomly loses network connection without any reason. Overall, this product did not meet expectations. I would strongly recommend considering better alternatives.

Watch is good, my son is very happy with this watch. As parent we can be connected with kids when there’s need, so this is good product to be connected with your loved ones. While using it, we got issue in battery wire but customer services are too good they have fixed it & returned so fast. Thanks to Ekta & team.

I am Happy with the product in this price which is quite good to keep connected with your love ones. I normally don't write comments unless feel to write, after many analysis and people reviews I decided to buy this product for my 10 year old kid few days ago, till yet everything is working fine in the Watch and hope working fine in future too.I am from telecom background so I only prefer to talk about basic things which is quite necessary to be connected to whom you give the watch as portable Phone.Like :Voice quality is fine, but can be use bit more high quality speakerMic is fine, SIM Signal is also fineBattery is fine (In single time charge work between 12 to 24 hours as backup)Color and fitting is fineSOS works perfectlyCamera is ok because no video calling so does matter muchRemote Camera feature works if you are on camera option in watchReject or restrict unnecessary callsSave upto 15 numbersbest feature in Watch - Screen lock from remotely, Schedule calls and block screen in case your kid is in school (Multiple Time selection slots are given. example - Block time 7.30 to 10.30 then work in Lunch break then next timeslot 10.45 to 13.30 PM block.Remote Restart and remote shutdown.Track your watch if connected with Internet because connected LBS (Location base service) application in Mobile, just like many buses have this feature installed to track the school bus.I don't find below features in Watch, But it is ok, because I buy to track my kid not his health. :)* Oxymeter (SpO2), Heart Rate Monitor, Blood Pressure Monitor, Body Temperature Monitor* Sleep Monitor, Multisport Tracker* It does not have SMS send feature only Voice message can sent* can be Full screen modeOverall Good product in this budgeted price else go for higher version with much more price.Hope will get the good service support after sales, now watch is working fine, finger crossed.

Worst experience… more than 1 month purchase still we are unable to use watch.Microphone is not working . Connected with support team . From last 15 days I will get reply pick up will scheduled in 24 hrs but still nobody came to pick up or repair. Just buying time sending email and message . No action taken by any team.

For my requirement, this was a perfect fit. I could stay stress free and can get in touch with my kid whenever I want to. The GPS and geo-gating feature gives peace of mind and sense of security. Although looks a little heavy on the tiny wrist, but the features demand the size.After 8-9 months, the battery started to drain little quickly, upon reaching out to the customer service team, they arranged free pick up to their Delhi office and sent back after repair. It started working normally. A truly trustworthy company with product quality and customer support. Vaani from support team made sure the issue is addressed in time and with quality. I would highly recommend it for your kids, if you need that extra bit of piece of mind.

Nice watch but not detecting sim card

We are happy with the Sekyo watch. It serves the purpose of contacting and remotely managing when the child is outside the house. Hoping the location feature gets better with time and more precise. For now, it serves the purpose.
