The treadmill itself is good, but it arrived with a broken power plug, the metal part was damaged. When I contacted customer service they first said they would send a replacement power plug, but later told me I had to request a replacement for the whole treadmill and amazon only offers a refund not a replacement. I had to buy a new plug myself to make it work. Very disappointed I shouldn’t have received it this way in the first place.The sound is definitely not quite whispering , there is no built in speaker and no built in usb portUpdate:After my review, customer service reached out, offered a partial refund as a gesture of customer care, and mentioned they will update the listing. I appreciate how responsive and professional they were.Because of their great service, I’m updating my rating to 5/5, as I truly value how they handled the situation.

Observations.Purchased this newly treadmill for my home practice,my weight is 94kg and due to busy routine unable to go out for exercise.This machine is working Amazing.Smoothly soundless and perfect working.Real time speed time and health conditions detection is there...Quality is great and the good thing is it occupied very less space...Under my sleeping bed it can easily stored..There is few more good qualities as well..Remote control and mobile app can be connect as well..Highly recommendedThanks

For this money no even basic functions, really disappointed.
