I deal with debilitating lower back pain, to the point I can't get out of bed some mornings. I've been struggling with heating pads, heating blankets, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, pain management, nothing seems to work for more than a few minutes.Since I got this, I have not taken it off. It provides the best pain relief outside of hospital-strength medicines. The temperature actually gets hot, unlike a lot of products that claim they heat things up. The vibration is also really strong, but not over-powering. It presses firm against my back and it's really comfortable to wear.I'm a big woman, most products don't even begin to fit me. This fits me with ease, with more room to spare!I definitely recommend getting this if you need something similar. I cannot recommend this enough.

Had to come back and change to 1 star.Because while my original issue was that the battery didn't last very long - now after only 6 months, the belt just doesn't really heat up at all. There's a very low level heat throughout the back. It actually started going bad after only 3 months, when the belt started not getting as warm, but the area right behind the battery pack became so hot it actually gave me burn blisters on my skin. I resorted to putting an extra piece of cloth behind it to protect myself, but then the belt just started slowly getting cooler and cooler with each passing week, and now it's barely warm at all even at the highest setting. But I could probably still cook an egg on the area behind the battery pack.** Original 2 star review:While I like the three heat setting, and it feels warmer on high heat than the last belt I had, the battery life is extremely underwhelming. And I'm not talking about the fact it shuts off automatically after 30 minutes, the problem is it doesn't even get through two 30 minute cycles before it needs to be plugged in.

Worked well the first time but when I tried to charge it again the charger cord wouldn’t stay connected in the socket and kept falling out. Material of belt seems like it’s quality but the part where you turn it on and charge it was confusing and poorly designed.
