Why did you choose this product over others?:This is a a good product, it really helps with my elderly mother when I'm downstairs and she is upstairs, it's loud and you can change the tune

After finding the mother in law on the bathroom floor we looked for a way for her to easily call us if needed. After looking around this seemed the best option as it didn't need a subscription service.After a few months I can honestly say it's great. Its easy to set up on a wireless network and then connect to it from our phones. It makes it so easy for her to contact us in an emergency.It's not without its faults though. Firstly we have found that if we don't test it every week it stops working (looks like the app goes to sleep). Also, there is SMS options but that brings you into a paid subscription.Would recommend this but remember to test it regularly to make sure it stays connected.

Needed an alarm alert capability for an ill family member. and had considered one of the 'paid for' services but decided to give this product a try first as it is so inexpensive. I'm not so tech savvy but following the supplied instructions and with help from one of my sons we quickly linked the alarm button up to 3 phones of family members so all 3 of us are alerted , wherever we happen to be, if the alarm button is activated. My expectations were low for such an inexpensive product but I am absolutely delighted with the way this works and no monthly charges to pay! Highly recommend,

In theory this would be great. It makes you download an app to use it but you can't do anything beyond download the app. There is no way to link the item at all.

This button works, in that it sets off an alarm on your phone, even if you are out of the house and far away. However, it can be accidently activated by the person wearing the device, causing many false alarms. It would be much better if the button was recessed. Luckily we had a 3D printer and made a modification. We test the button once a week as it sometimes will not work if it has not been activated for a while.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely blown away by how simple this is. It literally started working straight out of the box. Simple to set up by scanning the QR code and downloading the app in the instruction leaflet. Find the pendant alarm on your Bluetooth on your phone and add your device and that’s it! No ongoing subscriptions or fuss, ready to use in minutes. 100% recommended.

Could be ok but I thought it was rather large to have hanging round my neck bulky. Sent back
