This is one of my favorite brands that has been around forever. I trust this brand and for me, that's the most important part of my supplement regime. I was delighted to try their CoQ10. The bottle has a tamper-resistant seal under the flip-cap lid. I like having a flip cap it cuts down on the time needed to open and close various supplement bottles each dayThe coq10 has black pepper included in it, which the bottle says allows for better absorption. I've only taken the Ubiquinol type of Coq10 before and never the Ubidecarenone. So I decided to do some research and look up the difference. From what I've read Ubiquinol is bio-available and needs no conversion whereas Ubidecarenone is converted in the small intestine and the amount converted can vary depending upon absorption. It would make sense then that the black pepper was included to optimize absorption.The expiration is almost 2 years from the date I received the product and at 2 soft gels a day, I'll have this used up within a month. Also, for clarification. The suggested dose is 2 soft gels a day to get the 200mg of CoQ10.

I believe Co-Q-10 is a must take supplement. This is the one I use and recommend.
