He even went so far as to honor an issue I had with an earlier order (not his fault) and school me on the all Immortal NYC's products, as well as graciously sending me a new product to try out. Class act all around; I will buy again. And again. Add to all the above, they contacted me within about 12 hours df my initial complaint.

Excellent cream I like it

My boyfriend bought this from his barber and he absolutely loves it! He was running low on it so I bought it for him as a stocking stuffer and he uses it everyday.Not only is this a great product but the customer service is amazing.
