Anker is a known and trusted brand in my opinion. When I saw this “power station” while looking for a good multi USB charger I immediately took interest because it was an Anker product.Upon receiving it, I began to really see the use cases and various applications I could utilize it for.The actual AC wall plug is a bit bulky and larger than I anticipated but does correlate to the 240W charging capabilities.The ability to detach the (bulky) wall-plug portion is very handy as I will be using this as a travel charger for work. To many times I have been in a hotel and wishing I had a short extension cord to be able to plug multiple things in closer to the bed or desk. This solves THAT, plus the hassle of having to carry multiple power bricks for the multitude of devices that I carry and use daily!What’s even better is that this power station will automatically throttle power based on the device that is being charged!!Need a high watt charge for an iPad? DONE!Need a lower watt charge for a mouse or keyboard? DONEI highly recommend downloading the Anker mobile App!! It uses WiFi and/or Bluetooth to connect to your phone wirelessly for added functionality and features. In addition to monitoring real-time power usage, you can set timers (like sleep timers) for each USB port AND THE AC power outlets as well! There is a lot of other information and additional features within the app that make using the power station even more practical! (Pro-tip: you can even turn the display off!)As with every Anker product, it is a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the products is (in my experience) always very high!I wish there was an option/setting to make the screen automatically scroll through the three information screens so that you can monitor everything without having to press the button or use the app.So far I am really impressed with this product, and I have already recommended it to a friend who is a commercial airline pilot that travels a lot and he has already ordered one!!I will update this review as I use it more, but extremely happy with it so far!!

I’ve had the Anker Prime Charging Station 240W since last year, and it’s been fantastic! I don’t use it at home every day, but it’s my go-to for traveling—whether I’m staying at a friend’s house, a hotel, or an Airbnb.Many places I visit don’t have enough outlets, or they only have old, unreliable USB-A ports. That’s why I got this charging station—and wow, it’s a game changer! With just one wall plug, I get 6 USB ports and 2 AC outlets, all working perfectly. I can charge my phone, MacBook, iPad, and even use the extra outlets for other devices with zero issues.Hotel lamps and outlets are often weak or in awkward spots, but this station plugs straight into the wall and delivers powerful, reliable charging every time. It truly makes my travel experience so much easier and stress-free.Note: it’s not cruise-approved since it has surge protection, but that’s no problem—I just bring my Anker 140W charger with USB ports for cruises. For everywhere else, the power station is absolutely perfect.I’ve been using it for several months now and never had a single issue. Highly recommended for any frequent traveler!

Look, I’ve used a lot of chargers, some slow, some suspiciously warm. It’s got enough juice to charge my overpriced Macbook Pro, my iPhone, an iPad Pro M4 and probably my EV car that I regret buying, all at once. It’s compact, cool and doesn’t explode—three things I can’t say about my last relationship. Overall money well spent, might add two more stations in my house. The build quality.. well it's Anker not a crappy version you buy from overseas. The setup was super easy, it's plug and play out of the box,. It has an AI wattage regulator, it populates juice appropriately across your devices. This is NOT an outlet from Walmart, it's a premium overpriced charging station that's actually good.

This is a great charger, no regrets. I like the recessed power outlets with switches. Very well made, perfect for charging whatever you may have. It's our permanent charging station for everything from phones to flashlights. This was a great purchase, it seems very safe, smart and like it will last many years.

Let me just point out, this is a very amazing charger, the only thing that lets it down is the app that its paired to is literally junk, and only connects to 2.4ghz connections, so if u have a network that mainly runs 5ghz ur screwed. Don't try monitoring this crap on ur travels, you'll know whats charging by looking at the charger itself, other than that don't bother with the very very dumb app.

I am a fanboy of Anker products. I saw this item and it was received overnight after I placed my order. I put it to test as I had many other Anker items ordered and also some items that needed charging. Very nice specifications:2 switchable AC ports4 UCB-C ports2 USB-A portsI would not describe this as a portable travel charger but more of a home charging solution to charge several devices simultaneously (e.g. for a family or a geek like me with gazillion devices/gadgets).The one CON to this device is the bulky power plug which can possibly not attach well to a loose power outlet. The bulky plug is to ensure the delivery of the specified 240 Watts. But I wish there was a better design.I tested the device to capacity, and it performed well without overheating. I have only had it in my possession for two weeks. Trying to find a good use for it at home to perform long term reliability test and also help with charging many devices.The built-in display is an excellent tool for troubleshooting charging cable issues, power consumption. Three different display statistics can be chosen. I have yet to connect through Bluetooth and enhance usage through the Anker App.
